the primary was today. currently the WI state supreme court is a 4-3 conservative majority, but if liberals win the election it will flip and they could strike down the abortion law, the horrific wi gerrymandering, etc.

janet protasiewicz and everett mitchell are the liberal candidates.

jennifer dorow and daniel kelly are the conservative candidates. the top two move on to the general election in april. you may remember jennifer dorow from the darrell brooks trial (waukesha parade perpetrator). she became a bit of a media darling after that. she did do a good job in that trial but she is very very conservative.

right now about half of the votes are in and the liberal candidates combined have around 55% of the vote. if you are a liberal leaning person in WI, it is looking like a good night for you.
