People at the top of those professions have choices, many choices. People in society only partake of music, art, theater, and cuisine if they feel safe doing so. People in science generally like to live in places where they can partake of cultural amenities. They also like to raise their kids in safe schools. These things are more readily available elsewhere and people are looking. [/quote]
