I started tracking my cycles and ovulation (through BBT) before trying to conceive DD1.  I suspected a short luteal phase (9-10) days, so when trying for DD1 I used a natural progesterone cream 2x/day after ovulation. I can't remember how long I used it for.

I forgot about the cream when TTC #2.  I got pregnant and miscarried at 7 weeks, then got pregnant again two cycles later and miscarried at 8 weeks.
 
I remembered that I had used the cream when pregnant with DD1, and started using it after ovulation on the next "trying" cycle and am now 8 weeks pregnant with DC2.  I just got back from my first ultrasound and saw a strong heartbeat.

I know I'm not out of the woods, but seeing the heartbeat is a lot farther than I got with the miscarriages. It may just be a coincidence, but if we go for #3, you can bet I'll be rubbing that cream on religiously.  This time I have also been taking a prenatal (as before) and a B complex (for the first time).
