[/quote] We had the occasional complaint about things being too easy, etc. but there was plenty socially and emotionally to learn. Overall it was a fun year making friends and learning how to function in public school. In retrospect I wish we asked the teacher to do a little more with him and/or supplemented more after school. Academically it was a bit of a lost year, which is fine except that caused some minor issues at the start of first grade (since he wasn't used to having to pay attention or really work at all).[/quote]
