The amount of insane pressure seeping out of the posts makes me uncomfortable. Average kid are seen as failures. They are pushed to do more and more and more. If you aren't, apparently you will left behind. If the parents posting here with the most intensity let on only a fraction of that intensity to their children, the pressure is immense. Not to mention social media's impact on mental health. And the pandemic, which was at a formative time for a lot of teens and young adults. There are many many articles about this. Go read them.
