Then, check to see who runs those cities. The truth is that crime policy is highly dependent on the people running the city. It is local. Some policies are set by the federal govt and the states, but counties and cities have some of their own policies and are charged with implementing and enforcing policy. Too often, we have very progressive DA's who don't do a good job of prosecuting crime. And, local policies that are very liberal. Get back to us with the stats. [/quote]
