And this is why I went through the very painful procedure of laser hair removal. I've been waxing for years, but it didn't matter in the past because I didn't always go to the pool. Now I have kids and am at the pool almost every weekend in the summer - last summer was horrible, so I finally just used hair remover (Nair) or shaved rather than waxing as I didn't want to let my hair grow. This winter I took the plunge and endured the laser. So worth it. My hair has simply stopped growing where I had it removed.
really? which center? how much? I've been waxing for years too, and while the hair is much thinner it still gets long and my kids are getting pool ready. can you give me the scoop on laser? and to OP, yes, your hair has to be a certain length for the wax to catch it. If you're serious about waxing winter is your best season. In summer I shave when I need to, and then it only takes about 10 days after shaving for hair to get long enough.
