For nanny share, there is a separate DCUM forum. Agree in this market part time might be harder, so if in your budget might be worth coughing up for full time to get better quality care as many of the more professional nannies want full time work. There are agencies like White House Nannies that off load the search process for you, but you pay for that. No personal experience with them.[/quote]
