1. Stop yelling
2. You have tried like two things. You aren't out of things to try. You need to be consistent. Doing something once isn't going to work. 
3. You are faster than your four year old. I promise. If you can't run faster than a four year old you need to see a doctor. 
4. He doesn't want to get dressed? Ok, pick him up and get him dressed. He sneaks cheese out of the fridge? Snacks go in a higher shelf.

He knows he can push your buttons and you will relent and let him watch tv. Being a parent is exhausting, that's the whole gig. But you HAVE TO be consistent. He's walking all over you. He wants you to be in charge!!![/quote]
