I'm saying this as someone in the same place as you, I really wouldn't focus on trying to lose weight right now because unless you really diet (which is not good for the baby or probably for you psychologically) you will probably not lose weight and that will only make you feel worse about yourself -- and you may even eat more if you feel bad about yourself. Just focus on eating as healthy as possible and try to drink water and get as much exercise as you can. [/quote]
