FCPS is superior.[/quote] Who wouldn't want to work for LCPS? It used to be that FCPS paid more so people who lived in Loudoun and other surrounding counties would come to FCPS to work. But now other counties pay more, have a better calendar, and are under WAY less scrutiny. If I lived close enough to the LCPS/FCPS border, I'd move to LCPS in a heartbeat for more pay and less stress.[/quote]
