Taxing the rich more will result in less revenue for a variety of reasons.  changing citizenship is the bottom reason.  The main reason is the disincentive to invest when you can lose your money to begin with and then you get extorted by multiple levels of goverment if you are smart or lucky enough to make money.  Obama knows this of course...it's about central control and a marxist leaning idiology the practicers of and believers in are among the stupidest people on Earth.[/quote]

Taxing the rich will result in MORE revenue.

I suppose if you expatriate for tax reasons and try to sneak in over the border you could go to the Mayo clinic. But Customs won't let you back in.
