I did a series of follow-up rounds a few years ago (we did batching, but there was a break of about a year between my first round and then a series of subsequent rounds - I had a miscarriage in the middle of all that which was why we had a break). As I recall we didn't have to redo all the testing, no. I know I didn't have to redo the HSG, for one, because that was incredibly painful for me and I was so grateful not to have to do it again! I think we did have to redo the STD testing due to federal requirements, and then I had to have the up to date records for the annual gyn appointment to share with them. TBH I can't remember if we had to redo the mock transfer - I'm not sure I did that after the first round either. It definitely seemed like there was less to do in those subsequent rounds aside from the actual monitoring, etc. Sending you really good wishes, and I hope you get a good bunch of embryos and success on your first cycle this time! We're finally on our second time round now; DD is 4 and the next one is due this spring. I have to say I'm relieved she's out of the toddler stage as we look to re-enter the infant stage with a new one, but I will probably regret it by the time we get to the teen years and that period is all stretched out. :) I'm also glad we know we are done after this (even if things don't work out...I have learned never to count on anything until it's actually real, sigh) because I feel you hard about the emotional gut-wrenching aspect of the whole process. Take care of yourself.
