Cornell is not a state school. That is a false statement. DH and I are both from states where the state schools were not ranked as high as state schools like UVA and UMich. People used to say all the time that U of X was just as good as Cornell. The people who reside in the state may want to believe it but I don't think anyone out of state would think so. I never met anyone who attended UVA until I moved to Virginia. I never knew it was ranked high on us news until I got here.[/quote]
