[/quote] All of these things. Also, ignore the people on here who tell you that you have to force her to do everything for "exposure". Exposure is how you treat anxiety but most people on here don't seem to understand the nuances that go in to it. I would follow directions from her therapist or even the workbook you got her.[/quote]
