Duke is just too competitive, apparently their acceptance rate completely plummeted this year, moreso than the ivies. Duke is better than many of the ivies anyways so your daughter still has a chance at a great school, don’t read too much into it! My son is applying RD to Duke but we know not to expect anything, but we’d regret not throwing our ring in the hat![/quote]
