You CAN bring that through security, but will spend an extra 30-60 minutes at the check point while they unwrap and inspect it. I learned that the hard way, travelling through Atlanta with a Yule Log at Christmas a few years ago. But generally, I agree. I don't know why this is a question. My go-to snack for travel is Kind Bars. My friend who works there told me they took a huge hit during COVID shutdowns because a huge part of their sales is from airport/train station/gas station sales.[/quote]
