One of my parents has a thicker accent so I understand maybe what you are talking about. But there is a difference between treating someone with dignity even though they have a thick accent as opposed to working with a medical professional of your choice that you can understand. It's not like you are in a hospital and stuck with the doctors and nurses there though even in that situation I would try to get someone to act as a "translator" for you. People can get second opinions.[/quote]
