We got a handyman to do this for us. Our stove is next to our garage wall so he vented through the roof.  Having a vent is awesome!

The PP is referring to “make-up air.” Basically, if your vent is so powerful to pull too much existing air from your home, you’ll be left with negative pressure inside.  MUA is air brought in from outside when your vent is running. I don’t have that, I just crack a window when I run my vent at the higher settings.[/quote]
