His testimony a women speeding on cell phone not looking plowed into my car. She did not even hit brakes or honk. From impact she was moving at 50mph in a 30mph. My insurance claimed since my car passed over 50 percent of way in front of her before impact she was majority cause of accident. Funny it was her witness and police report. [/quote]
