Others listed them as "optional" but it supposedly helped your case if you took them and had good scores. There are some 2023s that probably got a free pass into a school they may not have otherwise made it into using the "optional" test score approach. My DD is a '23 and was required to submit SAT scores. She is playing for a top D1 program. We approached the process as though SATs would be required from the start, so it was not a surprise to us when we learned they would be required.[/quote]
