The doctor charged $200, your insurance paid $150 and you are expected to pay the other $50. That's between you and the doctor - you may have paid it during the visit or will pay it when the doctor bills you. Based on that assumption, your FSA provider (also your insurance company) is reimbursing you for the $50 you paid/will pay your doctor. No taxes involved.[/quote]
