uh yeah, there's a ton dc and our woke council and residents could do. This has been universally derided, particularly by the police who have no professional qualification to make this judgement.

No it hasn't. Taking the mentally ill to a hospital is the right thing to do. It's actually cruel to pretend that a person with full-blown schizophrenia is making a "free choice" to live in filth under a bridge. DC should follow NYC on this one.[/quote]
