[/quote] While true, that’s nuts. My husband is a 14 and he’s a PhD scientist with 0 direct reports. My neighbor is a lieutenant colonel and he commands like 300 people and flies all over to train specialized pilots. I love my husband and value his contribution to his agency and mission, but my neighbor has WAY more responsibility. [/quote]
