It is outrageous that you think him calling her a bit#$ is the same as her calling him a slave and an n. I also don't see him moving to hit her. She is standing back making her complaint -- Your phone was not plugged in. Then he says, shut up b/tch. Then she repeats her complaint. THEN she moves forward to say, "You are the crazy one. Take your medication." and repeats her complaint.

Even if she had a valid complaint and even if she has reasons for having a short fuse, the fact that in her rage her brain goes to using racial epithets reveals something awful about her.
