[/quote] And this guy’s promising 4+%?[/quote] Honestly if you can’t understand the difference between a bond ladder and a bond fund you probably should hold off commenting, but yes basically he is taking advantage of the drop in bond fund values to buy individual bonds on sale knowing the federal government has promised to pay the full maturity value plus fixed interest plus inflation adjustments.
