Sure maybe there's a queen bed, instead of a king. Maybe a hall bath instead of an en suite. But if there's 8 people sharing one bathroom, or a double bed for an adult couple, or you are expecting adults to sleep on air mattresses or couches, I'd leave room for them to stay elsewhere when they visit.
