But can you imagine the outcry if a school stayed open today with many hundreds of members of the general public in the building for voting???[/quote] In this area, they don't always close schools for Election Day, not for off years. With so much early voting, they maybe didn't need to, this year. But it's all been so strange the last couple years, and this year is going to have a high turnout. I'm not going to criticize, I think it was the right call.[/quote]
