[/quote] and this is why you should lose the weight eating the same way you plan on maintaining the weight loss. to maintain you simply eat a little more/add in more calories of the same things you are currently eating. The way you do this it to slowly increase calories while tracking weight to see what it takes to level off (not losing or gaining, but maintaining weight knowing t is normal for a 2-3 lbs weight fluctuations) [/quote]
