That’s why we did a math class this summer and it finally went up. But usually it is a few points lower. [/quote] Scores also typically drop in 3rd grade and 6th grade, as that's when they switch to new versions of the test (they start with MAP K-2, then MAP 2-5 in 3rd-5th grade, then MAP6+ from 6th grade onward).[/quote]
