[/quote] I assume you are following some kind of plan in which you had to input goals. Once you hit your target, you would need to create a new plan for "maintenance" or some other goal. For me, it was maintaining exercise levels but eating slightly more. Not the way I used to eat, but about 200 calories more than my "diet" plan.[/quote]
