Plenty of teachers have tried to explain to DCUMers that grading and planning have to happen in the evening and on weekends. I worked 14 hours last weekend and I still have a backlog of grading to do. Guess what? It’s dawning on me that I shouldn’t have to work this hard. Perhaps the OP’s teacher has decided to reach a work/life balance. [/quote]
