Practices aren't till after school hours, can start based on coach's schedule, a 6:00 practice or even 7. There are quite a few coaches that aren't a part of the school system. The pay is correct, you've got about a $4-6k stipend for the entire coaching staff, normally 4 coaches for varsity and JV. Coaches aren't out there for the pay. [/quote]
