I tell everyone to go forward with a pediatric GI consult with any concerns about ongoing constipation issues as we're dealing with all of this with my youngest. To OP- someone else also posted about a miralax clean out- our GI has us give 3 capfuls of miralax along with the regular dose of ex-lax squares for 2 days. He takes ex-lax ongoing and then does a the cleanup but just for 1 day a month to keep things moving along. [/quote]
