I've done 2 EF tours as a chaperone. One was perfectly fine, albeit be warned that depending on where/when you're traveling that the group meals are sort of bad. I get it, it's difficult to find places that would take a large group of people. Just don't expect any authenticity to the meals. Not the worst for kids such as there were no complaints when we went to a pizza place in Paris. This is small in the scheme of things. One nightmare trip, we had the trip leader that EFTours provides absolutely not know where they were going in Paris. It awful and unnerving. I knew my way around the city, but it was uncomfortable to confront the older gentleman that just wasn't getting us where we needed to go. After a couple days, we contacted EF Tours and they responded quickly with 'let's get you another guide', but then put us on a Mediterranean cruise with no company representative. The new guide was waiting for us in Italy, but it was a bit stressful. We were slated to take a group to Asia with Worldstrides, but COVID got in the way and we had to eventually cancel. I was hoping to get a solid comparison from EF Tours.
