What do you eat?
I’m in a deficit. I eat oatmeal with fruit and PB every morning, tuna or chicken for lunch with hummus and veggies, and a traditional meat/veggie/rice-sweet potato for dinner. Very boring.
Ditch the PB! That is adding a ton of calories for no good reason. I have been in your shoes. The reason that the scale doesn't move a ton is due to the calorie intake. If you aren't keeping track of the calories and doing the math, you won't lose weight. Also, you must have patience. It drops slowly over time. So you may be losing .2 or .5 lbs, which you cannot "see" immediately but it will add up over a few months. Good work, OP!
