Ryderwood Village may have new units. It is not a nursing home though - more a retirement community (not sure the level or levels of care you wanted). It also requires a down payment.
My ILs were in Riderwood. It is a big campus and is a "lifetime care" community. They have independent living, assisted living and nursing home care. My ILs ended up using all three at various points. It is a nice place and the care was excellent. The comfort of knowing that all the care that might be required in the future was really helpful. The independent living was an apartment (theirs was a 1 BR with a den, but there are larger and smaller units too). Some had patios. There is a dinner in the dining room every night that is included in your monthly fee, and you are on your own for lunch and dinner. I think this is pretty typical for retirement communities. There are financial requirements to live there that are stringent because they do make a commitment to take care of you for life.
