I've reduced my cardio and increased my resistance training. I'm very low carb, but not carb free. I get my carbs from low glycemic fruits, and also vegetables. The rest is good quality protein. I also drink a lot of water, and next to zero alcohol - maybe one drink a month. I also time my eating so that I stop eating around 7pm and don't eat again until 11am - although I do have my coffee with heavy cream in the morning. [/quote]
