They say they enjoy it.[/quote] Well that’s because they know what they are doing. A sub that hasn’t taken any classes to know how to run a classroom might be just completely lost. I recently subbed a class because teacher had to leave last minute…I had to really improvise when it came to behavior management in the classroom because I wasn’t sure what exactly I was to do. Perhaps a training for new subs would be helpful [/quote]
