She was sent home with antibiotics (Kelfex, a probiotic powder, Gabapentin, and Rimadyl). I pretty stopped pain meds on 2nd day because she seemed great, and also she vomited Sat night (but maybe from antibiotic). Anyways-- the issue is the crate. She sleeps in her crate at night (and when we aren't home) and does great with it! Goes right in and sleeps all night.  (for the most part) maybe barks a few minutes here and there.

First night home from spay, she whined all night and we ignored because vet said no meds till the next morning. It was so sad! Well we woke up and she had peed in her crate (has NEVER done that) and sat in her own pee. We felt AWFUL. Second night, she barked incessantly for 2 hours before passing out. Loud, agitated bark, pawing at door. That has continued for 3 nights! Last night was an hour and 20 min, night before a little better. No idea what is going on!

My theories are: not enough exercise because she can't, or bad memory from being crated at vet for spay, or night she peed.  Or perhaps meds... but now I have stopped almost all. Vet said i can stop antibiotic early and he also prescribed Trazadone if i want to try that. Any ideas??

We travel in a month and she will be boarded. I need this resolved!
