We live in Silver Spring and my friend's teenage DD, who attends Whitman, insisted to me recently that SS and Wheaton are not in Montgomery County. *Insisted*. So emblematic of the mentality of the western part of the county, as is OP's post.[/quote] That does not surprise me. I'd bet that less than 10% of Whitman or Churchill students could find Wheaton if there was a pot of gold laying there waiting for them.[/quote]
