The moms I know who have lots of kids, demanding jobs, and still have their own interests and hobbies outsource a LOT, have nannies and have evening/weekend childcare or local family that pitches in on a daily basis. They are also the first to come to me for rides or babysitting help- you probably have some qualms about taking advantage of people around you to get personal time for yourself, and that’s ok. You don’t suck at organizing, but you aren’t being kind to yourself or realistic about how much is possible in a day without tons of help.[/quote]
