The kids you might be thinking of who currently attend Heritage (River Creek neighborhood?) I believe might get rezoned to Tuscarora under the current plan. Another related issue is that Heritage was selected to be one of the two schools in Loudoun for the IB program starting soon... the expectation is that this will drive up the number of special permission requests to attend Heritage by a lot, pushing it way to capacity. (The other site is Loudoun Valley HS in Purcellville.) So that's not helping with the crowding issues in central Loudoun. [/quote]
