The center will certainly have 8th grade geometry classes, likely algebra 2 as well. The base school May require you to go to the high school or take it online depending on numbers (or there might be plenty of kids and they’ll offer a full section of it)

Both schools will offer the full spectrum of honors classes, but the center will restrict some to aap only, while the base school will be fully open enrollment. Again, at some schools it’s no issue, at other schools anyone who gets a 400 on an SOL is encouraged to take honors and at other schools there is no gen Ed option for some classes, everyone is automatically in honors.

Without knowing the two schools it’s hard to say.[/quote]
