[/quote] No. We either paid up front at the time of registration (if it was the quick turn around results option) or it went through my Carefirst BCBS. I've noticed at least with our BCBS plan, over the last 3-5 years there are far more "shared" or "coinsurance" related costs than ever before. So if they are out of network, you may owe much more than a BCBS negotiated rate.[/quote]
