HRT isn't for everyone, but as I mentioned hormones play a big role in weight, hair, and skin so it is something to look into. I'm also on a low-carb, higher fat, higher protein "diet". I don't like using the word "diet" because this is just my lifestyle in general, it's not a short-term way of eating. Lastly I take collagen. Does collagen work? no idea, but I'm sticking with it.
