Not sure why yo say they look the same. My neighbor used her own architect and interior designer. All the builder did was show up every M-F and most Saturdays and worked 8-7 and follow an architects plan and install stuff presented to him from the interior designer. Him and his brother do the work and contract out some of it. They just bust their butts. Op, call referrals and ask how long things took compare to the contract. [/quote]
