Some schools do continue to make offers past October, but they aren't published in the available data. If that happens, the numbers can move very quickly because most parents don't want to move their kids that late in the year. So it might happen, but not likely. As PP mentioned, past first grade, DCPS dual language schools can transfer without a grade-level Spanish proficiency test, everyone else, including charters, will need to pass the test.[/quote]
