Not necessarily, what were Descano’s ACA’s requesting at any of these prior probation revocation hearings? Did they ask that this guy get another chance or did they ask that his probation be revoked and he be held? Pretty sure that Descano’s office authorized the posting of bond in the most recent case versus asking for a hold. Progressive prosecutors love to blame judges but often it’s like a recent similar situation in LA where the prosecutors are not doing their jobs and then blame the judges when it goes south.

The question I have in response to this is why it isn't included in the news articles? Because it's important and obviously easy to slant this as a prosecutorial failure if you just conveniently leave out that the judge overruled the prosecutor asking for the guy to be put in jail.[/quote]
