Did they ask that this guy get another chance or did they ask that his probation be revoked and he be held? Pretty sure that Descano’s office authorized the posting of bond in the most recent case versus asking for a hold. Because it's important and obviously easy to slant this as a prosecutorial failure if you just conveniently leave out that the judge overruled the prosecutor asking for the guy to be put in jail.[/quote]
