I encountered plenty of sorority sisters like this from rich families. She wants to please her rich family who probably fund her and paid for a bunch of plastic surgery.

I am sure Posh or whatever her MIL's name is, is quite the diva. They both made an effort and it fell apart when the girl favored her parents with wedding plans. I assume her parents are richer and funded it all. Plus they protect her. It's also normal for the bride to feel more comfortable with and to favor her own parents. She has never experienced MIL conflict before and it can be hell especially if they may be personality disorders involved. The girl has lived a sheltered life and is struggling with the fact not everyone will cater to her or make her life easy.[/quote]
